How to Join Instant Funding Plus

  • Enrollment is automatic with your first order placed after the loyalty program launch (no additional actions are required for public beta participants).
  • After your first purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to install your digital Instant Funding Plus loyalty card.
  • To log in to Instant Funding Plus, just enter the email you used when registering or placing an order. You can do this on the main page of our loyalty program.
  • Not enrolled yet? Just place an order to join.

How to Earn Points

No, points are account-specific and non-transferable.

Can I combine loyalty points promo codes with other general promo codes?
No, you must choose either your personal promo code or a general code for each purchase.

How can I check my points balance?
Your points balance is displayed on your Instant Funding Plus wallet card and on the main page of our loyalty program (sign in required). Remember, points appear 15 days after purchase.

Can I use points on any product?
Yes! You can spend points on any product as long as you have at least 20 points.

Can I generate multiple promo codes at once?
Yes, but only for different point values. You can’t create a second code for the same amount (e.g. $40 off) until you’ve used the first one at checkout. 

What if I didn’t receive my welcome email?
Check your spam folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team, and we’ll help you out.
