Holiday Season Trading and Support Schedule

As the holiday season approaches, the Instant Funding team is gearing up for a well-deserved break, and we’re sure you are too. But before we all dive into the festivities, we wanted to share some important information about our operations from December 23rd to January 2nd.

Support. Our dedicated support team will be on hand throughout the holiday season to assist with any general queries you may have. Whether it’s through our Discord, Live Chat on our website, or our comprehensive FAQs, we’re here to help. Please bear in mind that more account-specific queries may take up to three working days to resolve due to the holiday period. 

Payouts. While payouts won’t be sent out on December 25th or January 1st, we’ll be reviewing and processing requests as usual outside of these two dates. There may be slight delays, but rest assured, we’re on it!

Complimentary accounts. If you’re planning to take advantage of our complimentary account offer during the holidays, please note that deployment may take longer than the usual two business days.
