December’s festive season is all about relaxation, spending time with loved ones, and recharging for a fresh start in the upcoming year. As the holidays approach, we want to ensure you’re fully informed about our schedule and operations from December 24 to January 2. Here’s what you need to know:

Our team will be available via Discord and Live Chat to assist with general queries. You can also explore our comprehensive FAQs or visit our website for specific information. Please note that account-specific requests may take up to three business days to resolve during the holiday season.

🚀 Payouts
Payouts will not be processed on December 25/26 or January 1, but requests on any other days will be handled as usual. While slight delays may occur, rest assured we’re working hard to ensure timely processing.
