Payout processing
During this period, payout processing times may be longer than usual due to reduced banking hours and potential delays from payment partners.
No payouts will be processed on public holidays, including:
- December 24 (Christmas Eve)
- December 25 (Christmas Day)
- December 26 (Boxing Day)
- January 1 (New Year’s Day)
- plus any regional bank holidays relevant to our operational jurisdictions.
Trading hours
Markets will operate on a modified schedule from December 24 through January 3. Please refer to the schedule below when planning your trading activity.
