Hedging within a single account is fine — hedging across accounts to eliminate risk is not. Here’s exactly where the line sits.
Hedging within your own account
You have the freedom to open long and short positions simultaneously on the same market within a single account.
What’s not allowed
Taking opposite positions across multiple accounts is considered cheating and is strictly prohibited. The account(s) involved will be closed without a refund.
Example: opening a long position on EURUSD on one account and a short position on EURUSD on another account counts as opposite positions and is not permitted.
