Main password security

Your main password should never be shared. If you suspect it has been compromised, contact support immediately for assistance. To enhance security, password updates are allowed only once every 30 days.

Investor password for shared access

The Investor password is designed for sharing account access without compromising your main credentials. To set up or update your Investor password, reach out to our support team. Like the main password, Investor password changes are also restricted to once every 30 days.
