Everything you need to know about is copy trading allowed — answered simply, with nothing hidden in the small print.
You are allowed to copy trades from your personal accounts with other prop firms, retail brokers, or external sources to your Instant Funding account. This feature makes it easier to apply your trading strategies across multiple platforms or accounts without restrictions. For example, you can apply the same strategy on a $1,250 Instant Funding account and a $100,000 Challenge account simultaneously.
There any several restrictions on copy trading:
- Same-owner accounts only: Copy trading is only permitted between accounts owned by the same individual. Copying trades between accounts owned by friends, relatives, or others is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion: Coordinated trading between separate traders, including strategies like reversing trades, is not allowed. This includes situations where multiple traders operate on the same IP address.
Accounts found to be involved in collusion, unauthorized copying, or reversing trades will be breached.
